Shipping policy

At a glance: Processing 1–3 business days. PK shipping 2–5 days

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Weekend/public holiday orders process on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number.

2) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available in Pakistan only.
  • We may confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

3) Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent by email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.
  • Track directly on the courier’s website using your tracking number.

4) Shipping Delays

Delays can occur due to weather, customs, high-volume periods, or courier disruptions. While these are outside our control, the ZAYSHINE team will assist with updates until your parcel is delivered.

5) Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • Orders returned for incorrect address / failed delivery can be re-dispatched once additional shipping is paid.

6) Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery.
  • Share your order number, tracking number, and photos (for damage claims).
  • We’ll open a courier investigation and assist with a replacement or resolution per findings.
