ZAYSHINE Return & Exchange Policy

At ZAYSHINE, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you with an exchange or return in line with the policy below.

Quick summary: Exchanges within 15 days. Refunds within 7 days (Rs. 500 service charge applies). Items must be unused, in original packaging. Hygiene items like earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

1) Eligibility

  • Request an exchange within 15 days of delivery or a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags/box included.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose accessories are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
  • Sale/clearance and custom/personalized items are final sale (no return/exchange) unless there is a manufacturing fault.

2) Exchanges (15 Days)

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

3) Refunds (7 Days)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A Rs. 500 service/processing charge is deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping, COD, and any express delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 working days for processing.

4) Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
  • After verification (photos/video may be requested), you may choose a replacement or a refund.
  •  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@zayshine.com or WhatsApp +92 3084624622 within the relevant window (7 or 15 days).
  2. Include your order number, a brief issue description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Wait for approval and follow the return instructions we provide.
  4. Use a trackable service and share the tracking number. Items remain your responsibility until received by Zayshine.

6) Condition Checks

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing wear, damage, alterations, missing parts, or odours may be rejected and returned to you.

7) Important Notes

Topic Policy
Timeframes Exchange: 15 days from delivery. Refund: 7 days from delivery.
Service Charge Refunds: Rs. 500 deduction.
Shipping Costs Customer pays return shipping; shipping/COD/express fees are non-refundable.
Hygiene Items Earrings/nose accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
Custom Orders No returns/exchanges unless verified manufacturing fault.
Processing Time 7–10 working days after item passes inspection.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

What if my package is lost in transit?

We’ll assist with a courier investigation. Refunds/replacements are issued once the investigation confirms loss.
